About 45 qualified and experienced employees from the Electronic Development, Design and Facility Planning, Main Workshop and Job Preparation, and Print Shop and Typesetting/Layout departments are responsible for this task. Graduate students from various universities support us in our work.
As a provider of technical services for scientists, the central department known as the Technical Centre serves as a kind of large engineering office with an associated high-technology workshop. The centre develops, designs and manufactures pilot facilities, test equipment and measuring and research equipment that is not available for purchase in the required form. During the development process, the centre ensures that EU regulations and standards are complied with and documents this fact, which means the Technical Centre is directly involved in carrying out research and development programmes.
